The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has a released a new video series to help individuals, couples, and families overcome pornography problems. One of the videos specifically discusses how to be honest and rebuild trust when overcoming pornography.
When we feel remorse for our actions and talk openly and honestly with others, we are taking the first step in the process of repentance and recovery. As we are honest, we can rebuild trust with our friends, family members, and spouse. God loves you and will speak to you. As we become more honest and submissive with God, Jesus Christ and the enabling power of the Atonement will help us heal.
